How to display a IPLImage in a MFC CView without the use the openCV
show command ?

More general forms of this question have been asked and answered many,
many times on this list, so you should be able to find detailed
instructions by searching the messages. To answer at a high level,
though, you just fill in a bitmapheader struct and either copy the
pixel values into a buffer or point to IplImage.imageData. Then use
the normal Win32 API calls for displaying bitmaps.
